Retired Police Lieutenant Hukm Myles Moore is the President and CEO of 7SECURE. In this role he is responsible for the operations and direction of the company. Prior to his leadership role in 7SECURE, Lieutenant Moore spent 26 years in the New York City Police Department. Lieutenant Moore brings years of innovative law enforcement experience in the areas of command operations, patrol-related services, strategic deployment, supervision of personnel, and executive-level training. Lieutenant Moore's career started in the heart of midtown Manhattan, which allowed him to liaison with corporations, hotels, institutions, houses of worship and small businesses on security and safety measures.

In 2006, Lieutenant Moore spearheaded the Department's training and policy efforts on use of social media in the prevention, detection and safeguards of personnel against civil liabilities and for use in criminal investigations. After elevation, to the position of Executive Officer of the Police Academy's Executive Development Unit, Lt. Moore developed over two dozens leadership courses for Department's Executives and civilian managers. His coordination and facilitation covered a plethora of areas which included CounterTerrorism, Behavioral Analysis, Anti-Corruption, Dignitary Protection, Emotional Leadership, Forensic Investigation and Risk Assessment, just to name a few. In total, Lieutenant Moore has trained over a thousand NYPD's Executives and hundreds of frontline supervisors, during promotional and in-service training.

Lieutenant Moore brings the understanding of law enforcement strategies, technology, and management needed for success in the security industry. He has a proven record as a transformative leader, that brings out the best in people and organizations. Lieutenant Moore is a graduate of John Jay College of Criminal Justice, B.A in Forensic Psychology and received an M.B.A. from St. Joseph College.
